Offices sold, lease stays

THE Limerick building that houses the offices of the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development has been sold.

In the Dáil, the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, Joe Walsh, confirmed the sale of the property.

However, he pointed out that the department’s lease of the offices would still continue for a period of about six years.
