Ten years to no milk quota

MORE debate is needed on the future shape of Irish farming.

For dairying in particular, the next 10 years will see huge change, being effectively a preparation period for the scrapping of milk quotas.

Ireland is further ahead than most EU states in its preparation for the future, having made an early decision to opt for full decoupling of CAP payments.
