Culinary insight night

DARINA ALLEN was the guest speaker at the East Cork dinner on November 26.

She spoke on the importance of fresh, quality food, a subject dear to the hearts of all ICA members.

The venue was Midleton Park Hotel and the night was a huge success, thanks to the excellent organisation of East Cork Vice President, Irene Applebe and her two Information Officers, Rosalie Dunne and Mairéad O'Carroll.
