Culinary insight night
She spoke on the importance of fresh, quality food, a subject dear to the hearts of all ICA members.
The venue was Midleton Park Hotel and the night was a huge success, thanks to the excellent organisation of East Cork Vice President, Irene Applebe and her two Information Officers, Rosalie Dunne and Mairéad O'Carroll.
Also present on the night was Rita Clohessy, International Officer, and there was an apology from Federation President, Ann Carleton, who was unavoidably absent.
Irene in her address welcomed everybody and said that she was delighted with the great turnout. She hoped everyone would enjoy the night. She also thanked the sponsors and all the East Cork guilds who donated prizes for the raffle.
Music for the evening was by Liam Cantillon, who kept everyone dancing 'till late. A great night was enjoyed by all.
