Prime dairy farm has reed bed system

THERE’S already €4 million on the table for Ballyneal House, a 270 acre Co Waterford holding with 82,000 gallons of milk quota and a fine period residence.

Perhaps the biggest farm sales this spring, at Clonea Power, Co Waterford, it has been announced by auctioneer, John Shelley of Shelley and Purcell.

“It’s a very good farm, the land is very good, it has a lovely location, a good house, everything is good about it”, says Mr Shelley, who is “asking €5 million” and predicts it will sell for close to that.
