Pork slaughterers quote from 132 to 134 cent/kg.

Regular weaner outlets pay 40 to 44/kgs (£31 to £34 for 32 kgs).

Sows sell for 19 to 22/cwt in steady trading.

Slaughterings for the week ending October 25 were 55,693 pigs and 1,716 sows.

Irish pig prices (1.27/kg) for the week were ahead of the EU average (1.25/kg).
