95 acre farm close to North Cork village of Ballydesmond

A COMFORTABLE two-storey farmhouse and 95 acres of land are available in north Cork through Kathleen O’Keeffe of Cronin and O’Keeffe Auctioneers.

The farm, part of an executor’s sale, is adjacent to Ballydesmond village. The land is all under permanent pasture and is of fairly good quality, with lots of road frontage, says Ms O’Keeffe.

A lot of maps have been sent out so far, indicating a good deal of interest but, as most of the farmers in the locality are part-timers, the land could also be bought for forestry.
