Thurles land and quota may sell in lots
The farm, at Laffana, is half a mile from the village of Clonoulty and eight miles from Thurles. Laid out in two divisions, it will be offered in upwards of five lots on the auction day, through Micheal Slattery of P J Broderick and Co.
The farm yard and residence are set on 38 acres, and the second divide is half a mile down the road. The quota accrues to the entire farm and the agent is willing to sell in lots, with a pro rata apportionment of the quota.
