TOM SHEAHAN of Buttevant is selling a 130-acre farm at Knockardfree, one of the biggest farms to come on the market for a while in this area of North Cork. The land is mostly good quality, he says, and with a bit of work and re-seeding would make very good quality grazing ground.

This is a residential sale, with a traditional, two-storey farmhouse and yard, and some modern facilities.

However, the house will need to be improved, says Mr Sheahan, although it appears to be structurally very sound.
