SWS celebrates as minister presents quality award

THE high standards achieved by the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division of the SWS Group in fulfilling contracts from the public and private sectors were recognised at the weekend when Agriculture and Food Minister Mary Coughlan presented it with the ISO 9001:2000 award in Clonakilty, Co Cork.

Over the years, the SWS Group has secured contracts from a wide range of services including the Department of Agriculture and Food’s national calf birth registration agency which it has operated for ten years.

It has to date registered over twenty million calves and issued passports for these animals.
