The arrival of Qi2-certified chargers marks a real leap forward in wireless charging. By building on Apple’s MagSafe standard but expanding compatibility across iPhone, Google Pixel, Samsung, and beyond, Qi2 promises faster, safer, and more reliable wireless charging than ever before. Ugreen is one of the first out of the gate with its new MagFlow series, and I’ve been testing both the 10,000mAh Magnetic Power Bank and the 2-in-1 Wireless Charger.

Design and build

The MagFlow power bank is compact, sleek, and well thought-out. At just over 250g, it’s light enough to slip into a bag, and the integrated USB-C cable doubling as a carry strap is a neat touch. The MagFlow 2-in-1 charger, meanwhile, folds into a small cube that travels easily, yet feels reassuringly solid thanks to its stylish zinc alloy hinge. Both devices look premium and, importantly, feel sturdy enough for everyday use.

Features

The MagFlow power bank delivers 25W wireless charging, which is enough to boost an iPhone 16 Pro Max or Google Pixel 10 Pro to 50% in around 30 minutes. Add the 30W two-way PD charging via the built-in cable, and you can top up three devices at once. I especially liked the magnetic alignment, which locks on firmly and doesn’t slide off mid-charge.

The 2-in-1 charger offers a versatile desk or travel solution, supporting 25W wireless charging for iPhones (including the iPhone 16 series and later), Pixel 10 models, and other Qi2-ready phones. It also delivers 5W wireless charging for AirPods or earbuds and even has an extra USB-C port for watches. It folds away neatly but opens into a stable stand that can rotate 360° horizontally and tilt vertically, which makes it great for watching videos while charging.

Performance

Unlike older wireless chargers that could be fussy or inconsistent, the MagFlow devices are fast, stable, and secure. The real-time battery display on the Power Bank is a simple but useful addition, while Ugreen’s Thermal Guard safety system kept everything cool during extended use.

Both devices also support Apple’s StandBy mode, meaning your iPhone becomes a useful always-on display while charging. The magnetic hold is strong enough to trust, even when using the phone at awkward angles. For Pixel 10 users, I found the alignment worked just as well, with equally consistent charging speeds.

Real-world use

For me, these devices shine when travelling or working away from home. The Power Bank is ideal for commutes or flights, keeping phone, earbuds, and watch topped up without a tangle of cables. The 2-in-1 is perfect for hotel rooms, doubling as both a charger and a phone stand for video calls. Whether on iPhone or Pixel, the reliability is what makes them stand out.

Verdict

Ugreen’s MagFlow series shows just how much better Qi2 can make wireless charging. The strong magnets, faster speeds, and travel-ready designs genuinely solve past frustrations. With strong compatibility across iPhone 16, Pixel 10, and beyond, they’re fast, reliable, and travel-friendly.
