In a move set to revolutionise home cleaning, Dyson has announced the launch of its latest innovation, the Dyson WashG1 wet floor cleaner. Engineered to address the shortcomings of traditional wet cleaning methods, the WashG1 promises to deliver unparalleled performance and hygiene in one go.

Recognising this gap in the market, Dyson's team of engineers developed a solution that would simplify wet cleaning and improve its effectiveness.

The science

At the heart of the WashG1's design are highly absorbent microfibre filament rollers that counter-rotate to tackle wet and dry debris simultaneously. Dyson says this unique approach ensures thorough cleaning and a barefoot clean feel, even on hard floors. Moreover, Dyson's cutting-edge separation technology divides debris and dirty water at the source, facilitating hygienic disposal and maintenance.

Equipped with a 1-litre clean water tank, the WashG1 boasts impressive coverage, making it suitable for cleaning large areas. The machine's pulse-modulated hydration pump controls the water delivery to the microfibre rollers, ensuring optimal cleaning performance across different surfaces.
