More than €20bn processed by Irish businesses on Stripe

Latest data from the fintech firm shows that Cork attained the fastest payment growth of all counties at 36.6x between 2018 and 2022

Irish businesses have processed more than €20bn in transactions through payments firm Stripe across its decade in operation, with the firm releasing Irish figures coinciding with its ten-year anniversary of serving Irish businesses.

Tens of thousands of companies now use Stripe in Ireland including organisations such as the GAA, Irish Life, and Smyths Toys Superstores along with tech companies who have used the platform from day one such as Glofox and Wayflyer.
