The First planet of the apes film from Matt Reeves was actually quite a surprise, we thought we had learned all we could learn from the franchise. Apes wearing pants was the crux of it.

However the film which was released in 2014 was actually quite clever and there were some good performances, especially from Andy Serkis.

The follow up film wasn’t the best but now we have a trailer for War For The Planet of The Apes, and it looks pretty good.
