Fancy Hasselblad mod is a better Moto Z camera

The Motorola Moto Z range is bringing modular phones to life in a way other brands just haven't managed so far. The design allows users to instantly add an extra battery and even a projector to their phones.

This might just be the future of the smartphone industry, allowing people to truly customise their experience, and now there's another add on which is a must for photo fans.

Famed camera makers Hasselbad have brought in all of their know how to create their first smartphone accessory - the True Zoom. It pops onto the back of the Moto Z and instantly pairs, adding a 12 megapixel camera with 10x optical zoom that will take much better photos.

You can see it in action in the second half of this video.

It looks great, really turning the phone into a very portable camera. Sure you're probably not going to be putting it back into your pocket with the camera installed but for some folks that will be worth the sacrifice for that large zoom range and stabilisation.

Thie item is set to release in September in the US and will hopefully arrive around the world soon.
