Mafia III Gamescom trailer- slick tunes and betrayal

Mafia III is still a couple of months away but the promo material keeps coming, and this Gamescom 2016 trailer might be the best yet.

Here's just how our hero got himself in such a pickle in New Bordeaux.

That's some seriously slick stuff, setting up the heist which Lincoln Clay was a part of along with his crew, and the betrayal which kicks off a story of revenge.

We're going to get to feel for these characters right before they're killed off, which is going to make the rest of the tale so much more satisfying. But what's really impressive here is the cinematic style which Hanger 13 brings to the game, a level of production value which just wasn't possible when the previous game released in 2010.

This is going to be big.

Mafia III is out on consoles and PC on the 7th of October, 2016.
