Uncharted 4 delayed to May 2016

Uncharted 4 A Thief's End is delayed yet again.
Uncharted 4 delayed to May 2016

The title was originally set to debut before the end of 2015 before moving to April 2016 with the latest change pushing that release further to May 10th.

It's disappointing for fans who have been waiting three long years to spend some more quality time with Nathan Drake, especially as developers Naughty Dog have been pretty clear that this will be the last adventure featuring the character in the lead. The word is that the company want to make sure that every player around the world has access to the title at the same time so they've pushed things back to get things in line.

This points to some kind of manufacturing issue but nothing major in terms of the development - the game is locked and otherwise on target, and everything we've seen to date looks spectacular. In the meantime, an open multiplayer beta is kicking off on PS4 on the 5th of March, so you can give that a go.

Uncharted 4 is out on the 10th of May 2016.
