Marvel's Daredevil season 2 trailer and new release date

Netflix and Marvel are bringing back Daredevil for a second season in 2016, and this new trailer has some dark and murky images to get you in the mood, as well as the brand new release date!

Originally the show had been rumoured to return on March 25 so it's great to hear that it will be arriving a full week earlier than that on the 18th.

This video uses quotes from the first season to remind us of just how tough a time Matt tends to have and is a reminder that Netflix really knows how to market their properties, mostly refusing to show off actual footage until very close to the release date.

We do know that Daredevil will have extra company this year in the form of popular characters Elektra and the Punisher.

It's not yet really known if they will be friend or foe - given the murkiness of the show so far those kinds of questions never have simple answers.
