Blockbuster films are strange creatures. They're assembled by huge teams of talented folks over many years at enormous expense and then flit by in a mass of spectacle in mere minutes on the screen. With massive effects and set pieces, it's very easy to miss the detailed and extraordinary work which went into crafting each moment for the audience.

That's what makes this video featurette so interesting, as it gives us a chance to get up close and personal with the costumes of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. DC Entertainment chats to constume designer Michael Wilkinson is a refreshingly open way, far from the secrecy which often surrounds these kinds of movies. And we get to see the great work which goes into creating these characters.

The suits look amazing, and it's likely you'll never even get to notice all of the fanciful script in Superman's suit. Wilkinson has a lot to say about Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman as well - she's definitely immortal here and has some supernatural powers and her storied weaponry will be in full effect.

The video also includes an update on Frank Miller returning to Batman with Dark Knight III: The Master Race.
