Sense8 is here on Friday - watch this ass-kicking clip
The series itself is about 8 strangers who witness a shared violent event and find that their minds are connected across great distances around the entire globe. They might hear a trill of music from another person, or catch a glimpse of a different face in the mirror. And this is just the beginning of a journey which will force them to confront a shadowy group bent on evildoing.
One side effect of this connection is that the group can also 'borrow' skills from eachother, turning them into something more than merely human. And you can see how that works out in this clip featuring Korean actress Doona Bae (you may recognise her from Cloud Atlas) and English actor Aml Ameen.
We're not going to say any more about this particular scene, just that you won't have to wait for too many episodes to find out exactly what's going on. And it's very cool indeed. In fact, we can't wait to see how this mechanic comes into play in the rest of the season.
