The number of foreign visitors to Ireland fell by 10% during May compared to the same period last year, continuing a downward trend seen over the last several months, new data from the Central Statistics Office (CSO) shows.

In May, about 560,500 foreign visitors completed a trip to Ireland, down 10% compared with May 2024.
