Property development company Limerick Twenty Thirty (LTT) has announced a memorandum of understanding with the Technological University of Shannon (TUS) on developing the 10-acre Cleeves Riverside Quarter.

Designs are already complete for the residential elements and public realm, and with the new addition of the university campus set to complement the scheme, LTT said, delivering a new neighbourhood for Limerick.
