Employers are juggling business priorities with hybrid choices

Over half (54%) of Northern Ireland professionals said their preferred way of working is hybrid, while 26% said they prefer fully working in the office, and only 20% have a preference for fully remote working. 

Employers are keen to prioritise talent retention while pushing ahead with plans to increase office time for their staff, says one leading recruiter.

John Moore, managing director of Hays in NI, says that almost a third of employers in Northern Ireland plan to change their hybrid working offering this year and intend to ask staff to come into the office more frequently.
