James Quigley has been appointed as field service engineer with Qualcom, the Irish provider of IT and cybersecurity services. James brings nearly four decades of IT support experience to this role, keeping businesses connected and optimised through robust IT infrastructure. He joins from Roc Technologies, where he was responsible for logistics and service delivery across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. He has also held field service engineering roles with Esteem Managed Services and Linetex Computer Group, where he worked with brands such as Walt Disney International, McLaren Cars and British American Racing. James's specialism is in Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems.
