Baker Tilly expanding its advice services in global markets
Baker Tilly Ireland new roles: Tomás O'Leary, Mary Moran, Melissa Markgraf and Eilish Haughton.
Tax and assurance adviser Baker Tilly Ireland has appointed Mary Moran as private client tax director and Melissa Markgraf as indirect tax manager, while Tomás O'Leary and Eilish Haughton have been promoted to partner.
The appointments come as Baker Tilly Ireland, formerly Roberts Nathan, continues to expand its service offering and invest in its people to support the evolving needs of clients across Ireland and internationally.

Tomás O'Leary has been with the firm for more than 11 years. He joined as an audit senior in 2015, and has progressed through management and director roles. He previously worked with Crowley & McCarthy Chartered Accountants.
Eilish Haughton has over 15 years' experience in audit and assurance services. She joined the firm in 2020 as audit director. She previously held senior roles with Grant Thornton Ireland and EY.
Mary Moran and Melissa Markgraf are new hires. Mary brings 15 years of experience in taxation, specialising in private client tax planning, succession planning and inheritance tax matters.
Mary joins from Grant Thornton Ireland, where she advised high-net-worth individuals, business owners and families on complex tax issues. She has also held senior tax roles with Azets Ireland, Smith & Williamson and Warren & Partners.
Melissa brings experience across VAT and indirect tax advisory services. She has worked with Purcell McQuillan Tax Partners, progressing from trainee accountant to tax advisor. Earlier in her career, she worked as an immigration analyst with Deloitte.
