Here is a selection of people starting new roles with IKEA, Bord Bia, Core42, Uform Group, HLB Ireland and EDC.

David McCabe has been appointed country retail manager and chief sustainability officer (CSO) for the UK and Ireland with furniture and interiors retailer IKEA. He takes over from Peter Jelkeby, who is now leading IKEA Germany. David started his IKEA career in 1996 at the IKEA Lakeside store in the UK. In his 30-year IKEA journey, he has held lead roles across North America and Europe, spanning expansion, commercial, logistics, innovation and retail management. He became UK and Ireland as commercial manager in 2019; he was country retail manager and CSO for IKEA CZHUSK (Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia), for four years before taking on his current role.
