Approved housing body Tuath Housing has appointed Ronnie Maher as chief information officer (CIO) and Julie Walker as chief people officer (CPO).

Sean O’Connor, CEO of Tuath Housing, said: “These are key appointments for Tuath at an important stage in our growth. As a not-for-profit organisation delivering housing at scale, strengthening our digital capability and people strategy is critical to supporting our continued expansion and delivering high-quality services and organisational support to our tenants, staff and stakeholders.”

Both Ronnie and Julie bring significant experience to the not-for-profit organisation as it continues to expand its housing portfolio at scale, with over 17,500 homes and 40,000 tenants across Ireland.

Ronnie Maher brings over 30 years of senior IT leadership experience and was most recently head of IT at Tuath. As CIO, he will lead the continued development and delivery of Tuath’s IT and digital services, strengthening capability to support service delivery and future growth.

Julie Walker brings extensive experience leading people strategy across growth-focused and international organisations, notably as interim head of people at Azets Ireland. As CPO, she will work closely with the executive team to support organisational development and ensure Tuath continues to attract and retain talent to meet increasing demand.
