SYS Financial makes acquisitions in Cork, Waterford, and Wicklow

Advisory firm SYS Financial has completed a series of acquisitions in Cork, Waterford, and Wicklow adding €130m to the firm's assets under management.

The Nenagh-headquartered firm has acquired BMC Financial Planning, headquartered in Charleville in Co Cork; Billy Phelan Financial Services, founded in Waterford, and the book of business of Brendan Toolan financial planning in Wicklow. The acquisitions bring SYS Financial’s client assets under management past €800m. SYS Financial is targeting €1.3bn by the end of the second quarter of 2026 through further acquisitions.
