Irish sustainability consultancy firms Antaris and Pragmatica are to merge, with the companies to operate under the umbrella of Limerick's Antaris. 

Based in Cork, Dublin, and Kildare, Pragmatica joins Antaris, which employs 18 staff, to create a national agency to provide services to Irish businesses facing increasing pressure from evolving global regulations, alongside broader geopolitical and economic uncertainty.
