Fast food chain Wendy’s will open its second Irish restaurant after hailing the “fantastic response” to its outlet in Mahon Point in Cork.

Corrib Oil acts as the franchise partner in the Irish market for US-headquartered Wendy’s and opened the Mahon Point outlet in October.
