Irish tech consultancy expands its push into the US

Irish tech consultancy firm Konversational has announced an accelerated expansion into the US as it targets €20m in turnover by the end of next year.
Konversational, an international technology consultancy, was founded in 2020. It is headquartered in Dublin, but has offices in London, New York, Paris, Nantes, Zurich, and Munich.
It employs 100 IT professionals across seven locations, but expected to employ 120 by 2026.
The company works closely with US cloud computing platform ServiceNow.
“As an elite partner of ServiceNow, Konversational is the preferred partner for the end-to-end deployment and implementation of ServiceNow’s AI-powered customer and industry workflows platform,” the company said.

To further its expansion into the US, it has made two appointments to its senior leadership team, Andrew Paolino and Chris Grassi.
The company says these appointments represent a “serious mark of intent” to capitalise on the “significant demand in the US for customer services technologies, with an estimated market value of €3.4bn”.
The launch into the US comes less than two years after expansion into France, Switzerland, and Germany.
The company said that Mr Paolini and Mr Grassi will be chiefly responsible for commercial development in the North America market with a revenue target of over €5m within the first twelve months.
The platform, which encompasses the customer life cycle from lead to cash, enables enterprise companies to grow faster, increase efficiencies, and provide enhanced customer service.
Co-chief executive of Konversational, John Gilleran, said that Mr Paolini and Mr Grassi join the company at a “key time, as we continue to build and develop in the US, a market that we regard as key to our continued commercial growth”.
“I look forward to working closely with both and to bringing Konversational’s unrivalled knowledge of customer relationship management on ServiceNow to clients in the US,” Mr Gilleran said.
