Leading human rights advocates Noeline Blackwell and Paul Rogers have joined the board of philanthropic hub Community Foundation Ireland.
Noeline Blackwell is a rights lawyer and campaigner. Paul Rogers is CEO of Northside Partnership. They will help the board in its work with 5,000 voluntary, community and charitable partners across the country.
