William Fry creates a new corporate M&A team

Law firm William Fry recruits a new 12-member Corporate/M&A team from Eversheds Sutherland Ireland after their merger move falters 

William Fry expanding: Enda Newton, Conor Bell, Gavin O'Flaherty, Amiee Greene, Liam McCabe, Stephen Keogh, Dhruv Khurana, Maria O'Brien, Gerard Ryan, Ribhu Mukherjee, Tracy McDevitt, Andrew McIntyre, and Conor Courtney.

Law firm William Fry has enhanced its corporate services with the creation of a new 12-member Corporate/M&A team from Eversheds Sutherland Ireland.

The move follows an attempt to merge the two Irish law firms. Those merger talks came to media attention back in December 2024, but eventually fell through this May.
