European IT consultancy principal33 said it will employ up to 50 people by the end of the year following the launch of its Irish operations in response to growing demand.
The company said its expansion reflects a "strategic shift" from remote service delivery to a firm presence in the Irish tech ecosystem.
Already employing more than 30 people, the firm added that it is projected to generate annual revenues of €4m to €5m in Ireland alone.
Founded in 2018, principal33 is headquartered in Europe with offices in Romania, Spain, and Germany. The company has a team of over 250 IT specialists across the continent and provides end-to-end digital transformation services.
The company said Ireland’s position as Europe’s last English-speaking hub post-Brexit makes it a critical strategic market.
Ignacio Santiago, CEO, principal33 said: “We are genuinely excited and confident that what is unfolding in Ireland is not only aligned with our expectations, but a clear confirmation that our strategy is the right one.
"The positive progress we’re seeing, both from our existing clients and those we’re currently engaging with, reinforces our belief in the significant growth potential ahead.”
Paul Keegan, chief sales officer and head of operations in Ireland at principal33 said: “Our expansion into Ireland reflects both a strong demand from existing clients and our commitment to long-term growth in this market."
