Logistics firm Fusion unveils €15m warehousing project in Limerick

Construction is underway on a new €15m warehouse at logistics and transport firm Fusion Logistics in Co Limerick which will almost double its capacity. 

The 100,000sq ft facility at the company's base in Annacotty Business Park will increase pallet capacity close to 25,000. The expansion will also see a 15% to 20% increase in staffing.

“This new facility is a testament to our long-standing commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer-focused solutions,” said Fusion Logistics managing director Patrick Murrihy.

Operating from its base in the Midwest, Fusion has been operating in the industry for more than 50 years. The company's client list includes firms like Johnson & Johnson, Serosep, Teleflex Medical, Uniphar, and Ishka Irish Spring Water.

Phase 1 of the company's logistics facility in Annacotty will hold approximately 7,500 pallets, operations manager Denis Murrihy said.
