Ires Reit, the state’s largest private landlord, said it continued to deliver a strong operational performance in the first three months of 2025, maintaining near full occupancy and making continued progress on its asset disposal programme.

The group reported an occupancy rate of 99.7% for the three months ending on March 31, up from 99.4% at the end of 2024, thanks to "exceptional demand for rental accommodation in Ireland."
