Business movers: People starting new jobs in Ireland

Here is a selection of people starting new roles with Davy, Consello, Auxilion, Excel Recruitment, Public Relations Consultants Association of Ireland and Lakeland Dairies.
Conor Murphy has been appointed as head of regional wealth management with investment advisors Davy, based in its Cork office. He will manage a team of portfolio managers, investment advisors, financial planning managers and client service executives. Conor has worked in financial services ever since he joined the graduate accelerator programme in Davy over 20 years ago. His roles have included senior portfolio manager, business unit director; he is an experienced investment manager, a registered representative of the Irish stock exchange, and a chartered tax advisor. Conor holds a degree in Finance from UCC and a Masters in strategic management from UCD Smurfit Business School.
Lisa Chambers has been appointed as director of public affairs with advisory and investment platform Consello. She brings a decade of experience in Leinster House, including as leader of the Senate and as Fianna Fáil spokesperson on Defence, Brexit, Foreign and European Affairs. A barrister by profession, she holds a degree in Commerce and Law from NUIG and a Masters in Commercial Law from UCD, and was called to the bar at Kings Inns in 2011. She also served in the Reserve Defence Forces. Founded by businessman Declan Kelly three years ago, Consello has offices in New York, Miami, Atlanta, London, Barcelona and the Middle East.
Patrick Jordan has been appointed as CEO of Auxilion, a provider of digitally transformative IT services and solutions. He will drive Auxilion’s business strategy in Ireland and the UK, notably strengthening the offering in process modernisation, AI, data management, and automation. He joined Auxilion in 2024 as COO, following a decade with Logicalis leading a global business unit across 25 countries and helped to restructure and grow the business in the UK and Ireland. Patrick holds a degree in Business Studies and Marketing and a diploma in Artificial Intelligence in Business from Dublin City University. He also has a qualification in Psychology from Dublin Business School.
Charlene Cooke has been appointed as associate director of Excel Recruitment’s allied health and social care professionals division, following its recent acquisition of Charlene Cooke Healthcare Recruitment (CCHR), a specialist Irish recruitment consultancy. The founder and leader of CCHR, she brings over 20 years of experience in building high-performing allied healthcare teams across private, voluntary, and public healthcare settings. In her new role, she will lead the recruitment of radiology, radiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, social work, psychology, and other key allied healthcare roles, , providing both contract and permanent recruitment services. Headquartered in Dublin, Excel also has offices in Belfast, Cork, Kildare and Galway.
Angela Guillemet has been appointed as executive director of the Public Relations Consultants Association of Ireland. Angela and her company, Association Innovation, will lead PRCA’s day-to-day running, managing its stakeholder relations and the consultancy management standard process, PRCA Ireland’s quality assurance standard for members, plus all functions from advocacy to hosting the annual PR awards. Angela previously worked in public affairs in Brussels and Paris, and has advised and managed European and international associations. She is on the board of the European Society of Association Executives, a judge of the European Association Awards and the Irish Association Awards, and past president of Trinity Women Graduates Association.
Niall Gallagher has been appointed as chief operating officer with Lakeland Dairies, Ireland’s second largest dairy co-op. Niall was most recently integrated operations director with IRCA, global multinational food ingredients group, where he led the European Sweet Business acquired from Kerry Group in 2023. He previously held senior roles at the Kerry Group after joining the company in 2010, overseeing UK and Ireland operations across multiple production sites. Niall holds a Chemical Engineering degree; he lives in Co Tyrone. Lakeland collects 2bn litres of milk from 3,200 farms in 17 counties in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland; it serves 100+ global markets with 240 products.
