Marine Hotel in Dublin's Sutton sells for more than €10m

The Marine Hotel has been purchased by Singaporean property investment group Hotels Properties Ltd

The Marine Hotel in Sutton in Dublin has been purchased by Singaporean property investment group Hotels Properties Ltd for more than €10m.

The hotel, which dates back to 1897, has been bought from the Ryan family. The hotel includes 48 guestrooms and numerous food & beverage, conferencing and leisure facilities on a seafront site. The property was sold on the Ryan family's behalf by JLL.
