Three Ireland names next chief executive

Current chief commercial officer Elaine Carey will succeed longtime chief executive Robert Finnegan in the role

Telecommunications company Three Ireland has named its chief commercial officer Elaine Carey as its new chief executive, succeeding Robert Finnegan in the role.

Ms Carey is due to take up the role in the second quarter of this year. Mr Finnegan is to take over a new position as deputy chairman of Three Ireland’s parent company CK Hutchison Telecoms Group.
