Limerick's AMCS acquires US logistics firm Qv21 Technologies

The Limerick software firm AMCS has continued its expansion with the acquisition of a US transportation company for an undisclosed amount.

Jimmy Martin’s firm, AMCS, has acquired the Austin, Texas-based Qv21 Technologies, a provider of fleet-management software for short-haul bulk-commodity transportation.
