Domino's expects earnings for this year to be at lower end of market expectations

Domino's has seen revenue and orders drop slightly during the first six months of the year. 

The UK and Ireland operations of Domino’s has said that underlying earnings for the year is expected to come in at the lower end of market expectations as the company sees revenue and orders fall slightly during the first six months of the year.

In its trading update for the January to June period, the group’s revenue in the UK and Ireland was down 1.8% to £326.8m during the first six months of this year compared to last year. Total orders fell from 35.4 million to 35.1 million.
