Ryanair traffic hits record 19.3 million passengers in June

The previous monthly record was set in August 2023 when the airline flew 18.9 million people.

As its rival Aer Lingus continues to deal with the fallout from its pilots strike, budget airline Ryanair has announced that it flew 19.3 million passengers during June - an 11% increase on the same time last year.

This was the first time ever that the airline has surpassed 19 million passengers, exceeding the previous monthly record set in August last year of 18.9 million.
