Cork-founded Rose Clinic has continued its expansion across the country, openings its first location in Dublin after recently opening clinics in Waterford, Limerick and Carlow.
Now employing 17 people across five locations, it has announced plans to further grow its workforce to almost 30 by the end of next year.
The clinic has also renewed collaboration with Advanced Medical Services to provide their services in a corporate setting. They have also opened a second operation in Cork, an aesthetic clinic, Rose Clinic Therapeutics which will focus on preventative and therapeutic medical aesthetics.
Rose Clinic was founded by Professor Paul Redmond, who set up his first mole screening service at Cork University Hospital in 2008, and in 2014, he and Chief Operating Officer, Mairead Cheevers developed Rose Clinic.
The clinic was established to provide care for skin health with the aim of identifying skin changes that lead to cancer as well as aiding in the diagnosis of skin cancer at the earlier stage. Professor Redmond’s son, Dr Shane Redmond has now joined the clinic as Medical Director.
The team consists of practitioners including surgeons, doctors and melanographers.
