Renatus-owned W.H. Scott acquires Cork-headquartered Metlab

The latest deal will bring W.H. Scott's total headcount to just under 200 employees

Cork-headquartered Metlab has been acquired by private equity-backed W.H. Scott for an undisclosed amount. 

Founded in 1982, Metlab is a testing company specialising in petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, utilities, construction and manufacturing.
