A law firm has been ordered to discover a range of documents concerning the company that formerly operated Clery's department store, including relating to the company's controversial sale in June 2015.

Mr Justice Robert Haughton directed solicitors William Fry to discover the material within 14 weeks but agreed to place a stay on his order in the event of an appeal.
