Dublin has seen the rate of growth in house prices double in just four months

Estate agents Savills is reporting that the rate of growth of house prices in Dublin has doubled in the first four months of 2016.

House price inflation in the capital has almost doubled since the start of the year, from 2.6% to 4.6%.
