Volkswagen have gotten a 'bridging loan' to help with cost of emissions scandal

Volkswagen has apparently reached an agreement with banks on the terms of a bridging loan to help it shoulder the cost of the emissions scandal.

It is reported 13 banks will lend the car giant around €20bn.
