ESRI warns about lack of office space in Dublin

The ESRI is warning that there may not be enough office space in Dublin for expanding foreign companies locating here.

Close to 70% of the take-up of office space in the first half of this year was for new and existing foreign direct investment firms, mainly in the technology sector.
