Frustrated BoI customers able to access accounts again after 'incorrect PIN' error

Customers of Bank of Ireland are able to access their accounts online again, after suffering technical difficulties earlier.
It is understood the bank's online and app services locked customers out of their accounts, telling some they had entered an incorrect PIN number.
The bank's customer service team took to twitter to apologise to those affected and said a technical team was working on the issue.
