Ulster Bank: Levels of optimism in business sector 'very strong'

Ulster Bank says its latest report on the business sector shows a significant amount of positivity in the sector.

The Purchasing Management Index shows growth in the industry picked up pace in March, but the cost of doing business is also continuing to rise due to the weak euro.
