Minister for Transport Paschal Donohoe has told IAG that the Government's main considerations in respect of any potential sale of its shares in Aer Lingus are access and jobs.

Minister Donohoe and the inter-departmental steering group, have met IAG's chief executive Willie Walsh this afternoon.
